Settings → Organization holds the settings of the organization you have open. Every member opens it. Changing the name, the logo or collection needs the Manage organization permission, and the owner sees the rows that only the owner can change. Changes to the name, the logo and two-factor authentication wait in the bar at the bottom of the page until you select Save changes.

Switch organizations

The select at the top of the page lists every organization you belong to, with your role in each. Picking one opens it, as the organization switcher in the top bar does. New opens the setup of another organization. An account that its company manages through single sign-on can’t create an organization, so it doesn’t see New. The logo appears in the top bar, in the organization switcher and in exported reports, in a square tile. A square image of at least 256×256 works best: PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 10 MB. An organization without a logo shows its initials.

Pause collection

Pause collection pauses every live survey and every active workflow of the organization at once, after you confirm. Surveys stop showing on your sites and their links, and workflows stop running. Stored responses stay as they are.
  • One at a time. A paused survey or workflow can still be turned back on by itself. The organization then no longer counts as paused, and the row offers Pause collection again.
  • Resume collection turns back on only what the pause paused. A survey or workflow that was paused by hand before stays paused.
  • API keys, connected apps, scheduled reports and notifications keep working.
When Usertick pauses an organization, the row says so and offers no button. Contact support to restore it. While the organization is scheduled for deletion, the row is hidden, because the deletion already stopped collection.

Owner

The owner sees their own name in the Owner row and can hand the role to another member. See Transfer ownership.

Two-factor authentication

The owner can require two-factor authentication of every member. See Require two-factor authentication for an organization.

Delete or leave

The owner can delete the organization. Every other member can leave it.
