A template is a complete survey for a specific moment: the questions, their wording and a theme that fits. Usertick has 344 templates, and each one can be adjusted before it is published.

Find a template

Templates in the create dialog lists every template with a search box and two filters:
  • Type: NPS, CSAT, CES, Product, Onboarding, Retention, Churn, Pricing, Research and Support.
  • Industry: Any business, SaaS, E-commerce, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Finance, Travel, Real estate, HR and employees, Events, Mobile apps, Agencies, Nonprofits and Media and content.
Preview shows a template’s questions as respondents see them. Runs on names the channels the template is made for, Preview as switches the preview between them, and Opens in names the theme the survey starts in.

Common feedback templates

These templates cover the common feedback moments. The Industry column names the filter that lists each one.

Use a template

  • Use template creates the survey in the editor. Its questions, logic, wording and theme are ordinary survey content from then on.
  • A survey created from a template starts on the channel the template is made for, and the channel can be changed in the editor like any other survey’s.
  • A template opens in its own theme, which can be changed in the Appearance tab.
